Partner
Tech founder turned real estate developer. Gilad exited his digital advertising and marketing company in 2015 and has since spent nearly a decade developing real estate in Barcelona, one of Europe's most sought-after markets.
Omri Barzilay
Partner
Tech and real estate entrepreneur with a decade of operating and investing experience. Omri grew up in a real estate family, acquired his first lot at 22, and has since founded and invested in companies across both sectors, writing about them for Forbes along the way. He has lived in Santa Teresa with his family, bringing firsthand knowledge of the market to the project.
Omri Shemesh
Partner
Real estate operator with a decade of experience in deal-making, business development, and sales leadership. Based in Santa Teresa, Omri runs the project on the ground, overseeing construction and property management end-to-end.
Carla Noman
Project Manager
Architect, project manager and entrepreneur, Carla brings a ton of experience into this project. For 15 years, Carla has been a partner in one of Barcelona´s most prominent architect firms “Pulsen”. Following that, Carla served for several years as the project manager for Fattals Hotels Group building hotel Leonardo in Barcelona. She now she lives and works in Santa Teresa in Costa Rica, managing this project with us.
Adalay Camacho
A leading builder in the Santa Teresa area for over three decades. Adalay’s company has completed the construction of hundreds of units and currently executes on over fifteen projects with a team of more than 200 employees.
Fabian Arias
Fabián is an architect with 13 years of experience designing luxury homes, commercial projects, sports facilities and hotels in Costa Rica, and the US. He gets his inspiration from nature and his work reflects a correct fusion between architecture and its context. In addition to architecture, he is passionate about graphic design, which he incorporates into his designs.
